THIRD FCC DRAFT (CISCO CONFIDENTIAL)

Step 4

Use a Phillips screw driver to remove grounding post screw on the low-profile mounting
bracket.

Step 5

Attach the wire to a suitable grounding O-ring lug.

Step 6

Crimp or solder the wire to the lug.

Step 7

Insert the grounding post screw into the O-ring lug and reinstall it on the low-profile
mounting plate as shown in Figure 6.

Step 8

Use a Phillips screw driver to tighten the grounding post screw.

Troubleshooting

If you follow the instructions in previous sections of this guide, you should have no trouble getting
your bridge installed and running. If you do experience difficulty, before contacting Cisco, look for a
solution to your problem in this guide or the troubleshooting chapter of the hardware installation
