4.5.10.1 Idle Time
Idle time to "Force transmit" defines how long the TCP2RS should wait before sending
accumulated characters, regardless of the recognition of send characters.
4.5.10.2 Trailing Characters
In some applications, CRC, Checksum, or other trailing characters follow the end-of-
sequence character; this option helps to adapt frame transmission to the frame boundary.
