Faulty engine or backfiring
Cause Solution
See points 5, 6, 7, 9
20. Incorrect thermic degree of spark plug
Only use the suggested spark-plug.
See ‘Technical data’ at page 35.

There is a “bridge” between the
electrodes of the spark plug.
Presence of particles of encrustation
between the electrodes
Clean or replace the spark plug. If
the problem occurs frequently, see
the chapter
“spark plug”.
Contact a ‘SERVICE CENTRE’.
Engine doesn’t idle

23. Air infiltrations through gaskets
Check screws tightening and
gaskets condition
Liquid doesn't flow out when the air tube is raised up
Cause Solution

Lack of air pressure in the tank.
(Note: it is normal that, raising up the
pipe with the engine to minimum, the
liquid doesn’t go out)
Check:

The cap of liquid tank has been
firmly closed till the end.

The flexible pipe between the fan
cover and the tank is not broken.

The pipe inside the tank is well
connected to the cap of the tank
and it is not damaged.
Liquid flows out from the tank
Cause Solution
25.
Caps inside the liquids tank are badly
introduced in their seat or seals are
dirty or worn out
Put the caps in the right position.
Clean the seals or replace them
26.
The hose that brings the pressure
inside the liquid tank, is not correctly
insert in the cap in the bottom of the
liquid tank.
Insert it.
Presence of high vibrations during the use
Cause Solution
27. The fan is broken
Replace it.
Contact a ‘SERVICE CENTRE’.
28.
The silent blocks are loosen or worn
out Check the screws of the silent
blocks or replace the silent blocks.
