Step 6:
Attach the arm pad holder (6+10) at side post left and right (4+11).
1. Place the arm pad holder left and right (6+10) to holder at side
post left and right (4+11) as figure shows. Screw firmly by using
screws M10x80 (34), stabilizer plates (20), arc washers (36) and
nuts (40).
2. Put on each screw head (34) and nut (40) one screw cap for M10
(29).
Step 7:
Attach the hooks (12) at leg pad (15) and strap loops (17+18)
at long bar (9).
1. Place the hooks (12) with holes onto the threat holes of leg pad
(15) and screw tightly by using screws M6x20 (30) and washers
6//12 (37).
2. Hang on the leg pad (15) at foot steps if necessary to protect the
legs. (depends on exercise units)
3. The pairs of strap loops with 30mm (17) and 40mm (18) can fix
at middle area of long bar (9).
Use a girth hitch knot to get a stable and safe connection of strap
loops (17+18) at long bar (9).
It depends on exercise unit and person which pair is more com-
fortable.
Step 8:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections. Installation is thereby complete.
2. When everything is in order, familiarize yourself with the machi-
ne with easy exercising and always take care entering exercise
position.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as
these may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming
necessary later.
