Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommenda-
tions and safety instructions. Some parts are pre-assembled.
Step 1:
1. Attach front stabilizer (27) with 2 transportation wheels (28) to the
welded cross bar bracket of main frame and secure with 2 curve
washers (2) ,2 spring washers (78),2 carriage bolts (29)and 2 cap
nuts (3).
Step 2:
1. Attach rear stabilizer (51) with 2 adjustable caps (50) to the welded
cross bar bracket of main frame (1) and fasten with 2 curve washers
(2), 2 spring washers (78) and 2 allen head bolts (70).
Step 3:
1. Connect the plug of middle section sensor wire (9) to socket of
sensor wire (8).
2. Connect the plug of middle section motor cable (7) to the socket of
motor cable (6).
3. Connect the plug of middle section power supply cable (79) to
socket of supply power cable (80).
4. Remove the pre-assembled 6 allen head bolts (5), 6 curve washers
(4) and 6 spring washers (76) from main frame (1).
5. Put front post (12) into the bottom post of main frame (1) and fasten
with 6 allen head bolts (5), 6 curve washers (4) and 6 spring washers
(76). Please note don’t tighten allen bolts (5) too much at the
beginning. When all parts are fixed already, then fasten each one
piece tightenly.
