To remove packaging, first unscrew the top deckboard, remove the side protection frame, and then
take the machine out.
The package includes:
−
a cutter;
−
a user and maintenance manual; and
−
a demonstration CD.
At least two people are needed to carry the machine.
CHOCOLATE WORLD suggests that you keep the original packaging for safe shipping of the
machine should replacement/repair be required.
7.2
Installation and start-up
Have two people take the cutter out of the original packaging, then place it on a work surface that is
flat and wide enough to accommodate it safely, or on its stand.
7.3
Assembling
After installation, remove seals and apply the desired cutting frame.
The procedure can be seen also on the demonstration CD.
7.4
Setting and testing
The cutter cannot be set before starting up.
Before starting up:
−
check the machine for any possible transportation damage;
−
make sure the tray is free from any foreign body and no obstacle stand in the way when it is
running;
−
make sure the tray, that is the machine, is levelled.
