2、 check whether module temp sensor’resistance is
normal (the normal value range:1～40KΩ)；
3、 check whether the module and radiator are firm；
4、 check whether the disperse heat silica gel is
short or dry；
5、 check whether the module has been damaged.

1、Change the temp sensor；
2、Firm the module and radiator；
3 、 Append anew the disperse heat
silica gel；
4、Change the module。
