Immediately after switching off
the appliance, the water in the heating tank (10) may
continue to boil for a few minutes. Always pay close
attention - the high temperature of the water con-
tained in the appliance can cause severe burns.

Never insert salts, essences or aromatic/
balsamic oils directly into the appliance tank: the boil-
ing water could overflow and cause scalding or burns.
Furthermore, this could cause irreparable damage to
the water tank (5).

Do not add balsamic or aromatic essenc-
es or oils into the essence holder (2) when the appli-
ance is on or still hot, as the temperature of the steam
exiting the appliance could cause serious burns. Al-
ways pay maximum attention.

The resistance heating elements (12) in
contact with the water reach very high temperatures,
and must not be touched except when the appliance
is cold. When cleaning or drying the appliance, always
wait until the resistance heating elements (12) have
cooled down and ensure that the plug has been re-
moved from the electrical socket before carrying out
any operation in which the user comes into contact
with this part of the appliance: the high temperature
of the resistance elements could cause serious burns,
always pay the utmost attention.

Do not fill the water tank (5) or
move, lift, tilt, or perform cleaning or maintenance
operations on the humidifier when it is running, con-
nected to the mains or still hot. The temperature of
the water and the steam could cause severe scalding.
