Manual lubricating of the working tool for CP550
The working tool must be lubricated regularly during
operation. The re

on the type of application and the amount of dust

For lubrication purposes, the hydraulic breaker
should be stood

ertically on the working steel and
contact pressure applied to a
v
oid o
v
ergreasing
/
filling
up the percussion chamber.
Remo

e the plug. Place the grease gun on the lu
brication nipple and apply grease.
Replace plug.

Please note that working tools may still be

ery hot at
the point
/
cutting edge e

en after work has stopped.
For preference, chisel paste should be used for lubri
cation. 5

For preference, only genuine chisel paste should be
used for lubrication.
