Troubleshooting

The Handle is not 

in position.

The Screws are not properly seated.

1. Adjust the Handle’s height. 
2. Verify Screws are properly seated.
3. Tighten the Knobs.

Snow Thrower 

does not start.

1.  Snow Thrower is not plugged into 

outlet.

2.  The Power Switch was not used 

properly.

3.  Overload Protection switch has 

popped out.

Verify Snow Thrower is plugged into 

1. 

outlet.
Hold Power Swtich down properly 

2. 

(See Setup).
Reset Overload Protection Switch 

3. 

(see Setup).

The motor is on, 

but the rotor does 

not turn.  

Belt is damaged. 

Replace the Belt (see Maintenance).

Snow Thrower 

leaves a small 

layer of snow 

behind.

Scraper is worn.

Replace Scraper (see Maintenance).

 Follow all safety precautions whenever diagnosing or servicing the 

equipment or engine.

Turn off the Snow Thrower, unplug
