4-1 First use
Clean the appliance thoroughly when using it for the first time, completely removing the protection film.
Remove all packaging and clean the appliance using hot water and a sponge. Stainless steel parts must
be cleaned with a non-abrasive detergent specifically designed for cleaning such surfaces. (see par. Useful
tips for stainless steel care );
After cleaning the appliance, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a cloth.
Do not use water jets to clean the appliance.
WARNING
The appliance is delivered with lava stones. Ensure that lava stones are evenly distributed before
starting the burners.
IMPORTANT
The lava stone load varies according to the appliance; however, as a general rule, the lava stone
should be distributed evenly in order to form a single layer. The pebble stones have a medium
size.
