1-4 Requests for assistance
- As stated in the sales terms and conditions, the appliance is covered by a warranty. If during the validity
period of the same any faults or breakages covered by the warranty should occur, the Manufacturer will
repair or replace faulty parts after carrying out the necessary checks.
- Any modifications carried out by the user without express written authorization by the Manufacturer shall
void the warranty and relieve the Manufacturer of any responsibility for damage caused by the faulty
appliance. This also applies when non-original spare parts are used.
- For all of the above reasons, in the event of an emergency, we recommend contacting the Manufacturer's
Technical Assistance Department directly.
IMPORTANT
For any type of service request it is necessary to specify the data on the identification plate and
the type of fault.
