IMEG 500N and IMEG 1000N megohmmeters are portable, all terrain
megohmmeters. Robust and waterproof, they can be used in any conditions,
on sites, on industrial installations, on domestic installations.
The source of testing voltage is a hand driven magneto; with
electronically regulated test voltage. Besides total autonomy, this arrangement
guarantees for these instruments a stable voltage or current throughout the
intended measurement range.
When connected, these instruments check for the presence of voltage
in the circuit under test.
The IMEG 500N makes it possible to measure the insulation and continuity of
electrical installations.

The IMEG 1000N allows measurement of insulation resistances up to

The IMEG 1000 is equipped with a guarded terminal, so that a safety circuit
can be connected to avoid superficial current leaks disrupting the measurement
of strong insulators.
