800 HD B.F. with UBL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION

 

Maintenance Instructions 

 

Replacement of the Pilot Injector. 

1.

 

Switch off the mains supply from the main supply plug socket. 

2.

 

Follow removal of Burner Tray (1 

–

 13). 

3.

 

Undo the pilot tube nut at the pilot bracket. 

4.

 

Pull the pipe gently back taking care not to damage pipe or olive hook nut. 

5.

 

Remove the pilot injector from inside the pilot bracket. 

6.

 

Clean or replace pilot injector. 

7.

 

Replace in reverse order, turn on gas supply, check for soundness, correct operation and re-commission. 
 
 

Replacement of the EDB Unit. 

1.

 

Switch off the mains supply from the main supply plug socket. 

2.

 

Follow removal of Burner Tray (1 

–

 13). 

3.

 

Remove the M3 nuts holding the E.C.U. to the base of the Fire Box.   

4.

 

Pull the E.C.U. up and remove all the wires & connections 

5.

 

Replace E.C.U. and reconnect all the wires 

6.

 

Replace in reverse order, turn on gas supply, check for soundness, correct operation and re-commission. 

 

Replacement of the Under Bed Drive Board. 

1.

 

Switch off the mains supply from the main supply plug socket. 

2.

 

Follow removal of Burner Tray (1 

–

 13). 

3.

 

Remove the M3 nuts retaining the UBL Drive Board to the base of the Fire Box. 

4.

 

Disconnect the three leads into the UBL Drive Board. 

5.

 

Replace in reverse order, turn on gas supply, check for soundness, correct operation and re-commission. 

Replacement of the LED Strip. 

1.

 

Switch off the mains supply from the main supply plug socket. 

2.

 

Follow removal of Burner Tray (1 

–

 13). 

3.

 

With the Tray upside down, remove the two off M3 nuts and washers. 

4.

 

Disconnect the cable connections from the LED strip Assembly. 

5.

 

Replace and re-assemble in reverse order.
