Beater
This object is used for mixing medium density food, such as cookie dough, pie, cream, and date
cake, etc. Insert the beater and the stainless mixing bowl into the machine according to above ste-
ps. Add ingredients to mixing bowl and start mixing.
Whisk
This object is used for adding air into the materials, like making meringue, salad dressing, whipped
cream etc. Clean the stainless-steel bowl and the whisk first to make sure that there is no water or
oil left. Insert the whisk and the stainless mixing bowl into the machine according to above steps.
Add ingredients to mixing bowl and start whisking.
Tips for making whipped cream:
• Put the stainless-steel bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes before starting to whisk.
• Choose the mode 4, start mixing to the right level of consistency.
• The curing of the cream process happened within few seconds. To make sure you do not over
whip the cream, observe the status of your cream carefully.
