If the door sensor needs to be replaced or relearned:
1. Remove the garage door device using the Dealer Website or MobileTech app. The LiftMaster Wi-Fi Hub does not
need to be removed. For more information about removing the garage door device, see

2. Clear the door sensor slot on the Wi-Fi Hub that the door sensor is enrolled into. To clear the door sensor slot,
press and hold the
1
or
2
button on the Wi-Fi Hub that is connected to the door sensor. The Yellow LED on the Wi-
Fi Hub turns on, and then turns off. Release the button when the Yellow LED turns off.
3. Enroll the garage door device to the Wi-Fi Hub. For more information about how to

Door sensor reports
Low Battery
trouble condition
If the door sensor reports a
Low Battery
trouble condition on the Partner Portal or MobileTech app, try the following
steps.
Replace the battery
This trouble condition can be resolved by replacing the battery in the door sensor. The MyQ Garage Door Tilt Sensor
uses a 3 volt CR2450 Lithium battery. For more information, see

Send a Battery State command
If the battery has been replaced, but the trouble condition still is not resolved, try sending the Battery State command.
To send a Battery State command using the Partner Portal:
1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click
Equipment
.
4. Click
LiftMaster
.
5. In
Device Commands
, locate the row with the relevant door sensor and click
Battery State
.
