These instructions are very important. Please read this instructions manual carefully before using the
appliance and keep it at hand to refer to it at any time.
KLARFIT declines any responsibility for the improper use of the product, or any other use that is not
described in this manual.
Before using the product for the first time, unpack the product and check that it is in perfect
conditions.
This appliance it’s only indicated for domestic use. Never leave the appliance exposed to climatic
agents such as rain, snow, sun, etc.…
This appliance is intended to be used only by adults. Do not allow people not accustomed to this
kind of appliances, handicapped people or children to use this item.
The machine can only be used by one person at a time.
Remember that when you are using the machine you are exercising, and consequently you should
use adequate clothing and footwear. Do not use the cloths that may catch on a device.
If you note any abnormal symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, or pains in your chest, etc.,
immediately stop the training session and visit your doctor.
The use of the machine should be limited to that for which it was designed and keeping always to
the instructions included in this manual.
To avoid any sprains or ill effects, please carry out warming up exercises to tone up your muscles
accordingly.
Remember that you must not use a device if it has not been assembled correctly.
Please only use the accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.
Please ensure that all the screws are tightened down sufficiently before starting any exercise.
To make an exercise place a device on the clean, smooth and dry floor free from any obstacles.

BEFORE BEGINNING A PROGRAMME OF EXERCISES.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before any use you have to make yourself sure that a device has been assembled correctly and all
the screws are firmly fixed.
Once you are sure that a device is safe for your exercises, start an exercise slowly to catch a rhythm
and to get used to a device position.
If you are not in good shape, do not force your body and use a device 5 minutes a day during first
days. Prolong the time of your exercises as you getting a better shape.
Following we explain you the different versions of possible exercises with this device.
ABDOMINALS WITH LEGS 90º
Before starting an exercise place a device on
the floor with flat, smooth and clean surface
and with fastening handles in upwards
position.
Lie down placing the head on a headrest
and bend the legs to 90º.
Raise the body from the floor up to 30-40cm
keeping the position during 1-2 seconds and
then lower it slowly backwards till it touches
the floor.
Repeat the process as many time as you
wish.
