Additional safety instructions for pneumatic power tools

Air under pressure can cause injury:
-
Always shut off air supply, drain hose of air pressure and disconnect tool from air supply
when not in use, before changing accessories or when making repairs.

Never direct air at yourself or anyone else
⚫
Whipping hose can cause severe injury. Always check for damaged or loose hoses and
fittings.
⚫
Cold air shall be directed away from hands
⚫
Do not use quick-disconnect couplings at tool inlet. Use hardened steel (or material with
comparable shock resistance) threaded hose fittings.
⚫
Whenever universal twist coupling (claw couplings) are used, lock pin shall be installed and
whip check safety cables shall be used to safeguard against possible hose-to-tool and hose-
to-hose connection failure.
⚫
Do not exceed the maximum air pressure stated on the tool
⚫
Never carry an air tool by the hose.
Operating instructions
Tool Set up
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Turn off the tool, detach the air supply, safely discharge any residual air pressure in the tool, and
release the trigger before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY:
Do not adjust or tamper with any control or component in a way not specifically explained within
this manual. Improper adjustment can result in tool failure or other serious hazards.
Keyless chuck Rotation switch
1.
Unlock the keyless chuck.
2. Insert the 10 mm drill bit into the chuck.
3. Lock the keyless chuck until it stops to solidly hold the drill bit in place.
4. Pull
firmly
on
the
drill bit
to
make
sure it is secured in place.
5. Press the switch bottom on handle and check working condition. If no abnormality, then you
can start your operation.
6. Switch of rotation direction by shift to Forward and Reverse on handle.
WARNING: Only change switch when air tool is stopped COMPLETELY.
