0 - for Cetrek Analogue format.
1 - for Cetrek Analogue (Reversed Phase) format.
2 - for a NMEA 0183 format
3 - Not used.
If an NMEA Windvane is connected to the NAV2 position both
the NAV2 and the WIND formats must be set to NMEA 0183.
Setting the NAV2 format is explained below.
Wind Trim
This window is used to set the Gain of the signal from the
Windvane. The range is from 01 to 10, set it to 5 on
W T R M - 0 5

Trials.
If
the
vessel
does
not
respond
to
wind
shifts
fast
enough,
increase
the
setting.
To
alter the settings press the COMP key twice until the LCD displays
WIND ON (or WIND OFF). Then press and hold the COMP key
until the Windvane interface message is shown, then release and press
once again to access the Wind Trim setting. This may then be altered
by using the and keys.
Navigator
This is the window to select the Interface format suitable for

Navigator connected to the NAV1 position in the
Distribution box. To enter this window select NAV1 using the
NAV key. Having made this selection press and hold the NAV
key to enter the settings display.

0 - for a NMEA 0180 format - 1200 Baud Rate.
1 - for a NMEA 0182 format - 1200 Baud Rate.
2 - for a NMEA 0183 format - 4800 Baud Rate.
3 - for a NAVSTAR format - 110 Baud Rate.

This window sets the interface format of a second Navigator or
a Windvane connected to the NAV2 position of the Distribution
Box. Select the format as for the NAV1 options.
Navigator
This is the window to set the signal Gain for the navigator
Gain
connected to NAV1. Its value can be between 01 and 10.
Initially set it to 05 then fine tune it during Sea Trials.
To
enter
the settings window press the NAV key once until the LCD displays
"NAV 1". Then press and hold the NAV key to enter the back
Navigator display. Once these have been accessed a further press of
