Zur Information über unnormale
Betriebszustände und fällig werdende Prüf- oder
Wartungstermine erscheint während des
Kesselbetriebs im Display ein Bild mit
entsprechenden Informationen, z. B.
Durch Berühren des Feldes „OK“ die
Kenntnisnahme der Informationen bestätigen,
Anzeige erlischt.
7.1.1 Heizsystem Vordruck erhöht
Der Wasservordrucksensor (75) hat ausgelöst.
Er ist ca. 0,3 MPa (3 bar) über dem normalen
Vordruck bei Kesselbetrieb eingestellt.
Mögliche Ursache:
1. Wasserpumpenbetrieb bei geschlossenem
Hauptdampf- und Anfahrventil
- Hauptdampf-/Anfahrventil öffnen.
2. Kesselsteinansatz im Heizsystem, wenn
Wasservordruck mehr als 0,3 MPa (3 bar) über
dem Messwert im Prüfprotokollaufkleber
liegt.
- Kesselsteinansatz entfernen wie unter
Punkt 9.4 Seite 72 beschrieben.
7.1.2 Dampfautomat überlastet
Anzeige erfolgt wenn im Dauerbetrieb der min.
Dampfdruck von 0,5 MPA (5 bar) unterschritten
wird. Dabei kann Erosion durch zu hohe
Dampfgeschwindigkeit im Heizsystem zu
Schäden führen.
- Durchflussblende am Dampfaustrittsventil
einsetzen. Dies verhindert einen Druckabfall im
Heizsystem, bei mehr Dampfabnahme im Netz
als der Dampfautomat erzeugen kann.
- Eingangsventile an Dampfverbrauchern
drosseln oder Blende einsetzen.
- Dampfautomat zu klein, evtl. Umbau auf
größere Leistung.

Warning messages
A screen with corresponding information is
displayed during boiler operation to provide
information about abnormal operating states
and about test and maintenance dates
becoming due, for example:
Knowledge of the information is confirmed by
touching the "OK" field and the display
disappears.
7.1.1 Heating system admission pressure increased
The water admission pressure sensor (75) has
triggered. It is set approx. 0.3 MPa (3 bars) above
the normal admission pressure at boiler operation.
Possible cause:
1. Water pump operation at closed main steam
and start-up valves
- Open the main steam/start-up valve.
2. Boiler sediment in the heating system when
the water admission pressure lies more than
0.3 MPa (3 bars) above the measured value in
the test record label.
- Remove the boiler sediment as described
under Section 9.4, Page 72.
7.1.2 Steam generator overloaded
Display is effected when the steam pressure
drops below the minimum steam pressure of 0.5
MPa (5 bars). In this case erosion can result in
damage through excess steam speed in the
heating system.
- Insert a flow limiter at the steam outlet valve.
This prevents a pressure loss in the heating
system at a greater steam demand in the
network that the steam generator can
generate.
- Throttle the input valves at the steam
consumers or insert a throttle.
- Steam generator too small. Possibly alteration
to larger output.
