Troubleshooting
Should any malfunction occur in the autoclave, the error detection circuit will be triggered to assure
safety. Once the circuit is activated, an error number appears on the digital display. The alarm will stop
only after the error has been confirmed.

The lid is not closed Please contact the service-team.

Too much water in
the chamber
Please, let some water out of the chamber. There
should be maximally 2,5 Litre water in the chamber
during the cycle. If the error does not disappear, please
contact the service-team.
Error 4
Too little water in
the chamber
Please, fill the chamber with minimally 0,7 Litre water in
the chamber before the start of a program. If the error
does not disappear, please contact the service-team.
Error 5
The lid cannot be
locked
Please, turn off the device and try once more. If the error
does not disappear, please contact the service-team.
Error 6
Sterilization heater
trouble alarm
Temperature in the chamber cannot be achieved. Either
the autoclave is empty of water or the heater is faulty.

Over
– pressure

Please, contact the service-team.

Possible defects: temperature sensor is faulty or the

If a fatal error during the sterilization occurs, and the
program must be aborted, then will an additional error
be showed.

No action needed. The program was manually
cancelled. Please, wait until the temperature in the
chamber has dropped to under 80°C.

Please set the Touch controller closer to the autoclave
and renew the connection. You should not move the
Touch controller further that 6m from the autoclave.
