Air regulation

The air regulation for the Rondotherm is located beneath the combustion chamber
door. The Rondotherm has an air regulation lever. W ith this lever, the primary air
and secondary air can be regulated:

The air feed is changed by pushing in or pulling out:

Air lever pulled
out: air
completely open

Air lever half
pulled out:
secondary air
open, primary air
closed

CAUTION:

NEVER COMPLETELY CLOSE THE AIR FEED WHILE OPERATING THE STOVE!

DEFLAGRATION CAN OTHERWISE OCCUR WHEN OPENING THE DOOR.

THE HANDLES BECOME HOT, PLEASE WEAR HEAT-PROTECTIVE GLOVES WHEN

OPERATING!

Explanation of ventilation technology terms

Primary air



Combustion air fed in through the
ash grate. This air is required for
heating up and if more fuel is
added.

Secondary air



Combustion air which is fed to the
flames above or below the door.
This regulates the burning process
after heating up.
