Baking procedure
Roasting process
:
– adjust handle to select mode of the boiler into mode “ Baking “
.
– the draught regulator max. open with turning the button on the draught regulation to the
end position direction clockwise
.
– adjust the grill on the height which secure the persistent opening of the draught
regulator ( the need for the energy for central heating of the surface with the radiator is
bigger then the heat energy which can be given to the water ) which enables persistent
intake of the enough quantity of the fresh air which is needed for fireing and keeping
needed temperature of the oven.
– When necessary fill the furnace with woods.
- After we keep the temperature of the oven for minimum 10 minutes same or higher
then 220 ° C ( or necessary temperature for particular kind of food ) put the food in the
oven which You want to roast.
– Keep the constant oven temperature which you need to finish the roasting of the
particular kind of food with ordinarily filling of the furnace with fuel.
– if it is needed to correct the oven temperature to the higher , You do it with properly
rising the height of the grill in the furnace if this is possible.
– if it is needed to correct the oven temperature to the lower , You do it with properly
turning of the button on the draught regulator direction opposite of the clockwise.
– when approximately two third of the time needed for roasting of the food which is in the
oven is finished turn the pot with food for 180° in the way that the side of the pot which
we
nearest to the oven door is now furthest from the oven door.
– when roasting process is finished adjust the set up of the boiler for further needs.
3.5.5. BAKING PROCEDURE
At baking procedure water temperature must not
exceed 90°C, if there tendeny to exceed 90°C is
necessary to take necessary action that it does not
happen. Start with lifting grate in firebox and then
rotate draugt regulator button counterclockwise.
If it is not possible to maintain a water temperature
below 90 °C is necessary to cancel the baking.Baking
procedure can not be implemented if it is not possible
to provide the energy consumption on the water side
more than "nominal heat output to hot water (summer
mode)" for each model (see table).
