UNPACKING

When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged.  If any 

parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the 

cover of this manual as soon as possible.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. 

For best results, a regulator and in-line filters should be connected to the Brad 

Nailer.  (See Figure 1)

2. 

Wrap the 1/4” air connector (not included) with at least four turns of pipe thread seal 

tape before connecting to a 3/8” ID Air Source Hose (not included). 

3. 

Set the air pressure on the compressor between 50 to 120 PSI.  The recommended 

setting is 90 PSI.  Do not exceed the maximum air pressure of 120 PSI.  The amount 

of air pressure used effects how deep the Brads will be driven.

4. 

Check the air connection for air leaks.  Disconnect the Brad Nailer, if any air leaks 

are detected.

Push the Release Latch (67) and slide the Magazine Assembly (73) back.  

2. 

Place a full clip of the appropriate length (5/8” to 2”) 18-gauge Brads in the Magazine 

Assembly.  Up to 110 Brads can be loaded in the Magazine Assembly.
