4. Using the equipment for the first time
Important:
The KS-Mobil Easy 120 L must be permanently
provided with the sticker UN 1203 for petrol and
the hazard label (flame on red background) on
the rear.
The stickers are enclosed with the tank papers.
The KS-Mobil Easy 190 L must be permanently
provided with the sticker UN 1203 for petrol and
the hazard label (flame on red background) on
the front .

5. Filling the container
•
Only fuels that are dispensed at public filling
stations may be filled (max. ethanol content
15 %).
•
Avoid sources of ignition, such as smoking
or naked flame.
Important: Risk of explosion!
•
Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and
that the tank load is adequately secured!
•
Before opening the filling lock, make a conduc-
tive connection with the earth cable between
the tank (item
e
) and the transport vehicle or
the ground.
•
The cap on the filling opening (item b) must
be unscrewed before filling. The container
may only be filled with a self-closing delivery
nozzle. The fill level can be checked by pulling
out the dipstick (item
f
).
• The markings (notches) on the dipstick cor-
respond to ¼ - ½ - ¾ of the tank content. For
a full tank, the fill level is visible on the filter
cartridge of the filling connection (item
b
).
• After filling, the cap must be screwed on tight
again.
• The earth cable must be removed from the
transport vehicle or earth, rolled up and fixed
to the point provided on the tank with the
terminal clamp.
• Contamination of the container caused by the
filling must be removed immediately with a
dry cloth.
