Red fl ashing (right-hand LED): The battery temperature is not within the rapid charging
temperature range of 5°C up to 40°C. As soon as the allowable temperature range is
reached, the battery charger automatically switches to rapid charging.
Continuous red (right-hand LED): The battery is defective.
Red/green fl ashing (right-hand LED) only for CFC12-24ICN: the power supply is less
than 10,5 V.
7. CHARGING TIMES
The charging time is dependent on several factors, e.g. battery charge status, ambient
temperature, battery temperature and battery age. A battery that is new or has not been
used for a long period only reaches its full capacity after approximately 5 charging and
discharging cycles. Charging times are shown in the table:

* To charge these batteries it is required the use of the CBA96-144 adapter (Ref. fi g. 1).
8. WARNING
The right-hand LED fl ashes red to indicate a charger fault.
A charger malfunction has occurred and it is not possible to continue charging.
Do not use the charger to charge other batteries.
If batteries are new or have not been used for some time, it is quite likely that they do not reach
their nominal capacity. This is not a fault and is normal under these circumstances.
Full capacity will be reached after about the 5 charge/discharge cycles.
9. WARRANTY
The charger has a 12 month warranty period.
Damage arising from overloading or improper handling is not covered.
