4) Assure the animal will keep a correct posture
5) Finely adjust the animal position by using the table console buttons.( UP/DOWN – LEFT/RIGHT ).
In order to help the operator during the positioning of the patient, the laser can be turned on by
pressing the LASER button on the scanner control panels or on the table console (required the NNT
software to be open).
6) For the animal scan please refer to Par. 4.1 - “Patient scan” and 4.4 - “Remote patient position
adjustment” included in the “NNT User Manual”.
7) Once the scan process is finished, remove the patient animal the gantry by sliding the stretcher
completely out, then relock the stretcher.
