Installation and operation
4.0.1 To be checked on delivery
Please check first whether your
CEDIMA
®
bench saw
CTS-125 G has been delivered complete and undam-
aged.
The scope of the delivery is to be found in the
chapter 1.0 “technical data and accessories”.
The bench saw can be set up for operation without any
special effort or special installations. However, when
setting up the machine, the following information and
the applicable, general safety precautions and, where
necessary, the local electricity regulations must be
observed!
4.1
Setting up the bench saw
After unpacking and checking the machine, proceed as
follows:
1. Transport the bench saw to the place of work (sect.
5.9) and put the frame of the bench saw (with the
swivel cutting arm) of the CTS-125 G onto the
ground!
ATTENTION!
The bench saw weighs approx. 76,5 kg
and must be, according to the Employers’
Liability Insurance Association, lifted by crane or
other lifting gear.
2. Loosen the 4 wing screws of the leg holders on the
corners of the frame (Fig. 4.3)!
3. Lift the frame of the bench saw CTS-125 G carefully,
starting with the rear end and stick the rear legs into
the holders (Fig. 4.1)!

NOTE
Pay attention to the right position of the legs, they
should be obliquely spread in the downwards
direction (Fig. 2.1, 2.2, and 4.2)!
4. Lift the frame of the CTS 125 G (front end) and insert
the front legs into the holders (Fig. 4.2)!
