3. BEFORE USE
1.
Take the product out of the box.

Remove all packaging material Keep original box

Ensure that all components are included, if components are missing or any
of them shows damage, contact official Technical Support Service of Cecotec
immediately.
4. OPERATION
Notice
: Use appliance with hair that is at least 80% dry.
•
Plug the device in to a socket.
•
Always operate the product on a flat, dry and stable surface.
•
Hold the on/off button to switch the straighteners on. The straighteners will
set the default temperature at 140 ºC,
•
Press the on/off switch repeatedly to increase the temperature in 20 ºC
intervals, to a maximum of 220 e C. To decrease the temperature, repeatedly
press the on/off button until it reaches the minimum temperature of 140 ºC.
•
The light indicator will flash whilst the appliance warms up. Once the selected
temperature has been selected, the light indicator will stay on.
•
Select a hair tuft of about 5 cm wide and 1 cm thick approximately. Hold the
hair with one hand and introduce it between the straightener plates. Holding
the straighteners with the other hand, close them and slide the straighteners
from root to ends.
•
Repeat process for the rest of hair until you obtain the desired haircut.
•
Wait until hair cools down and comb it.
Warning
: Avoid contact between the plates and scalp, this could cause
damage to skin.
•
The device will enter stand-by mode automatically after 30 minutes of
inactivity.
•
Press the on/off button for several seconds when operation is finished
to ensure that this has been switched off.
Ionizer function
This device includes and anti-static function, capable of getting rid of hair
friziness, leaving it soft and shiny during straightening.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Turn off and disconnect the devices from the power outlet and allow it to
cool down before cleaning it.
•
Do not submerge the device in water or any other kind of liquid.
•
Place the device on top of heat-resistant surface until it cools down
before storing it.
•
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product.
•
Do not wind the cable around the cylinder
•
Store the device in a dry place, away from the reach of children.
