CONNECTIONS
The device is supplied with power cables that are
about 50 cm long.
Please respect the power supply voltage (12V
),
the polarity (black = negative, red = positive) and
connect the device to a line protected by a “3A” fuse
,
using cables with a suitable cross-section (minimum

In the event of an alarm, on the white wire there is an
output signal (+12V - max 250mA) that can be used to
connect an external device (buzzer, relay, alarm
lamp, etc.).

INSTALLATION
The exact positioning of the detector is essential for it s
correct operation; the appliance must be installed at
the user's “nose height” (150-200 cm from the floor),
near the living area of the people, or near possible
sources of harmful gas.
If the detector is installed in a sleeping area, it is
recommended to place it near the breathing area
of the occupants.
The detector should be placed away from the cooking
appliances to avoid false alarms.
In order to determinate the optimal position of the
detector, we advise contacting specialized technical
personnel.
E with ach detector is tested and calibrated the
relevant life gas; the sensor is 10 years from the
date of installation. After this the device must time
be replaced.
The gas detector has been designed for inside use
only:
> Do not install the device outdoors, where it is
exposed to rain or bad weather.
