OPERATING YOUR CONTACT GRILL GR 7020

NOTE
You cannot set the cooking time while 
the preheating is in progress.

5.  Press the grill On/Off  button to start the 

set temperature preheating process.

6.  While the grill is being warmed up, the 

temperature on the display is fl ashing. 
When it stops fl ashing, an acoustic signal 
will be output. The grill is now heated to 
the set temperature.

7.  Put the raw materials to be roasted on 

the bottom grill plate and close the top 
plate as needed.

NOTE
To prepare crispy food such as a fi sh, 
leave the top plate open. A closed top 
plate could crush and destroy such 
food.

8.  Press the cooking time setting buttons to 

set the required cooking time, then press 
the grill On / Off  button again. The preset 
time countdown will start.

9.  The temperature may be fl ashing 

while the cooking is in progress. This is 
a normal state when the bottom plate is 
being heated to the set temperature.

10.  When the set cooking time has elapsed, 

an acoustic signal will be output and the 
cooking time display will show the last 
set time. If you press the On / Off  button 
again, a new countdown will start.

11.  When the cooking is fi nished, press the 

main switch to turn the grill off  and 
unplug the power cord from the mains 
socket. Allow the grill to cool down 
completely before cleaning.

WARNING!
The grill plates and 
metal parts may get 
hot during cooking. 
There is a risk 
of burns. Avoid 
contact with heated 
parts.

NOTE
When using the handle, we 
recommend to wear kitchen gloves to 
avoid possible burning. Touch only the 
black central part of the handle.
Use only wooden, plastic or silicone 
tools designed for contact grills. Do 
not use metallic tools as they might 
damage the grill plate surfaces.
