Fault cases

This chapter lists the most frequent faults, possible causes and solutions to

reset normal operating conditions. If a fault does not match these cases, Ca-

sotti is available to provide all required information.

No liquid is sprayed: - Make sure the tank is not empty.

- Check the operation of the pump.

Nozzle-holding curves do not oscillate:

- Check that electrical current is supplied to the

gear motor.

- Remove the cover and check whether the

gear motor is faulty.

- Check whether the white Teflon gear

within the gear motor is worn out.
