Secure the orthogonal joint (code 30) to the pipe, then insert the support
(code 29) in the joint and tighten it.
Apply DUPIGET PRECISION to the support by means of the bolt and nut
supplied with the support. Firmly tighten the bolts to prevent the accidental
fall of the machine.
Position DUPIGET PRECISION so that the jets are perfectly horizontal at
50/60 cm from the ground or the vegetation to be treated.
Electrical connection
A cable sufficient to arrive to a point on the tractor that has a voltage of 12
Volt must be connected to the supplied plug (code 31).
(For a 24 Volt connection, contact Casotti for specific instructions).
A 2 x 1 two-pole cable compliant with current safety regulations must be
used.
Warning:
The supplied plug has 2 numbers at the two poles, visible on the front.
When connecting the cable to the plug, the positive pole must be inserted
into no. 58.
If cables are inverted, the gear motor may be irreparably damaged.
Insert the power plug (code 31) to the socket (code 27) located on the side of
the central body. Actuate the switch (code 28) located on the sprayer body
to ensure that current is supplied.
Always keep at a safe distance from moving parts.
Assembling revolving square unions and curves to the
machine body
From the side of the plate (top), screw in the two square unions to the two
stainless steel central pipes.
Hold the stainless steel with a pair of pliers to prevent forcibly rotating the
internal gear.
To assemble the curves, proceed in the following order:
1) Position the long curve (code 12A) on the central pipe.
Before firmly tightening the nut, actuate the switch to stop the curve at its
maximum rotation on one side.
The curve must be perpendicular to the travel direction, i.e. facing to the left
or to the right.
