2.1 Operation
By pressing "ON/OFF" key and holding on it for about 2 seconds after power is supplied, user
can turn on the detector. The LED indicator lights up and the “Value” Display Window will show
the software version. After a successful self-test, two "0" will be respectively showed on the
“Pieces” Display Window and “Value” Display Window. In this mode, the detector is ready for
use. If an self-test error message appears on the LCD display, please refer to the troubleshooting
section of this manual.

Note: Detector can compulsively skip self-test error by pressing up/down arrow key, but
detection error will always occur when detecting banknotes.
By pressing "ON/OFF" key and holding on it for about 2 seconds when the machine is power
on, user can turn off the detector.
2.2 Currency
This Euro detector contains software for more than 2 currencies and it automatically detects
the banknote. Default currency combinations are: EUR+GBP+CHF. At the moment a note is
inserted, the motor will start running and the CT 433 SD checks the note. Always insert the
banknote in a right angle. The Euro and most other currencies can be inserted in all 4 length
way directions.
