Press the Right Arrow to move one location to
the right in a horizontal layout and
highlight the item.
Press the Left Arrow
to move from the soft
key or use rotary encoder icon list and
highlight the first item in the main screen area.
Press the left arrow to move one location to the left in
a horizontal layout and highlight the item.

Press the Up Arrow
to move upward and highlight the
previous item in a vertical layout - for example, the
previous icon or previous field.
Press the Down Arrow
to move downward and highlight
the next item in a vertical layout - for example, the
next icon or next field.
The rotary encoder (B/W monitor only) works in the
same way as the navigation keys.
Rotation of the encoder moves you through the
screens without the use of the soft key, and then as
required pressing the encoder highlights the item.
Turning the encoder (1) clockwise or counter
clockwise will increase or decrease the selected
alpha or numeric value.
IMPORTANT: Some applications may support both an
alphanumeric and a numeric keypad, others may support
only one.

Once an item is highlighted, it can be selected. Press
the ACK key (B/W monitor only) to start a software
application, to select a screen for viewing
To enter or edit a name or value with a pop-up
keypad, to access a pop-up list of options, to confirm
a selection, or to save an item in active memory press
the ACK acknowledge key.
NOTE: When in a screen it is possible to move around
using the encoder or the soft key or use rotary encoders.
