Charging Fork Battery Packs

Remove batteries
A
Unlock batteries. Apply pressure on
the latch, by hand, on the bottom side
of the cap until the latch is free.
CAUTION:
Do not use a hammer or
pry open with a screwdriver.

Remove battery packs.

both
battery packs
NOTE: Rechargeable batteries are lithium-ion
with a charge capacity of 10.4 Ah.
IMPORTANT:
Battery packs are sealed.
The warranty will be void if the seal is broken.

Click each battery pack into charger.

Push locking caps down.

Plug the power adapter into 110V source. The power
adapter LED will show red and is charging.
F
Once the batteries are completely charged, the
power adapter LED will show green and is no longer
charging.

Lift up locking clips of charger module.

Position each battery pack into charger.

Re-Install battery packs in forks
CAUTION:
When installing battery packs, place batteries
into battery holders. Shoving or hitting battery packs into
the holder will cause damage to the battery holder or battery
pack casing.
IMPORTANT:
Every time the battery pack is removed and
replaced, inspect battery pack and holder connections
for debris. Check that the contact points are not loose. If
equipped, tighten the contact point capscrews as required.
Do not leave the battery holders exposed.
