16. How to Charge the Battery
If you have the low battery, the scale shows
. At this time, charge the battery
by using the adapter. Note that only rechargeable battery is available.
When the red lamp is on, it means that the battery is charging. It takes for 4 hours
to charge the battery. When the green lamp is on, it means that charging is
finished. (If you want to fully charge the battery, charge it one more hour.)
LOW BATTERY
When the battery is low, the scale shows the and then economize power.
Therefore you can't use back light function after 1 hour. Note that you can use
back light function by pressing the EL key, but it shorten operating time.
Please, replace the battery by a new one.
If you don't use the back light, you can use the scale for 67 hours.
