Note 1. In case occurring sudden power failure, it can be memoried the moment

                 value by this function
    Note 2. If the AC power is OFF suddenly and weight backup is ON, the scale
                 recovers previous weight after the power is ON.
    Note 3. On and Off are alternately displayed by pressing the numeric keys.
