TROUBLESHOOTING
Service Diagnosis
If one of the following errors have occurred, contact local distributor for assistance.
• The error lamp of the outdoor unit flashing rapidly even though shut down and restart of the system is carried out.
• The remote controller displays error codes or the buttons on the controller do not work.
• The safety fuse blows frequently or the circuit breaker trips frequently.
• Obstacles and water enter the unit.
• Water leaks from indoor unit.
If system does not operate properly besides cases or malfunctions mentioned above, use the following procedure to check system.

• Power supply failure

• Temperature is not set correctly

• Wait for at least three minutes for compressor to come back

Unit starts or stops frequently
• Incorrect refrigerant charge
• Air or other gas in the refrigerant circuit
• Improper voltage
• Check for leaks and refrigerant charge
• Vacuum and recharge refrigerant
• Voltage measured between L1 and L2 should be 187 to 253
volts
No cooling effect
• Heat exchanger of ODU or IDU is dirty or blocked
• Air filter of indoor unit is dirty
• Outdoor temperature is too high
• Lack of refrigerant
• Clean the heat exchanger and eliminate any obstacles
• Clean or replace the air filter
• Normal control
• Check for leaks and refrigerant charge
No heating effect
• Lack of refrigerant
• Check for leaks and refrigerant charge
