4.3.1 - Control box shown open for standard connections
or maintenance
4.3.2 - Connection between chilled beam 1 and chilled beam 2
There are two types of boxes:
•
Box with mother and daughter board
•
Box with daughter board only.
Chilled beam 1 (connections on NTC sub-controller 1) is
the chilled beam connected to the box with the mother
and daughter board.
Chilled beam 2 (connections on NTC sub-controller 2) is
the chilled beam connected to the box with a daughter
board only.
All control electronics are contained in the mother board.
Use connector Q12 and the wire harness provided to
connect chilled beam 1 and chilled beam 2. Do not
connect the power supply to chilled beam 2.

4.3.3 - Communication bus connection
Connector J9 permits connection of the communication
bus. It is located to the left of connector J2. This is a
connector with three pins:
-
Pin 1: communi
Pin 2: communication 0 V
Pin 3: communication -
Refer to the diagram "View of all NTC connectors".
4.3.4 - Connection of the user interface, digital inputs and
room temperature sensor
The connection of the user interface to the controller is
made via connector J2 (ZUI2, CRC2, SUI) or J19 (IR2).
Connection principle to cage-clamp terminal
Insert a flat screwdriver (max. 3.5 mm) into the terminal
opening holes. This allows opening the terminal underneath
to insert the cables. The maximum connection cable
section is 2.5 mm². Once the cable is connected, pull lightly
to ensure that it is well locked in the terminal.
