UNITED STATES COAST GUARD CONTRACT DETAILS

Carmanah Technologies Corporation (TSX: CMH), has been awarded a multi-year contract to
supply marine aids-to-navigation to the US Coast Guard. Per USCG contract # HSCG84-14-R-
BHQ044, Carmanah’s M850 marine lantern with a 60X battery is the product of choice for small
self-contained LED lanterns. The M860 marine lantern with a 200BC battery is the product for
large self-contained LED lanterns.
