• Scan Time:
determines the maximum time to attempt to scan for
before giving up. When the scan button is pushed, the RFID scans until
it finds a tag or until this amount of time has elapsed.
• Power Level: Sets the power level of the module. The maximum
power level is determined by what region the RFID is configured for.
For America, it is 20 dBm, for the EU and Australia, it is 24 dBm. You
may specify higher power levels, up to 27 dBm, but the radio may
have to remain off for a period of time between scans.
• Worst Case Off Time: If the power is set higher than the regulatory
threshold (20 or 24 dBm), this shows the maximum amount of time
that the radio will remain off before it will allow another scan.
