Viewing your stored phone numbers
You are able to view the phone numbers in the order that you have
stored them into your Dialler through the Smart Dialler indication
window. It is important that you check these numbers as they are
displayed to ensure that they are correct. Preceding each number
will be the prefix P1, P2, P3 etc indicating Phone number 1, 2, 3, etc
.
1.
Make sure that the “Function” switch on the rear of the Smart
Dialler is switched to “SET”.
2.
Pick up the handset of the telephone that is connected to the
Smart Dialler. This handset may be a fixed phone or a cordless
phone. The Smart Dialler will work with either. If however it is
a cordless phone, you will need to push the appropriate button
(eg call or talk etc...) that would normally give you a dial tone.
*Please note however no dial tone will be heard once you have
the dialler in the set position.
3.
Press the
“*”
key first followed by the number “8” key. Your
numbers in sequential order will be displayed in the indication
window on the front of the Dialler. You may hear some
beeping tones coming from your telephone handset.
