Sound changes
You may have exceeded the range of the SimulScope.

The range is 30 feet in a small room
Florescent light
Some florescent lights can cause a noisy signal to be
interference
received by the Heartman Infrared Headphone. There
are several possible solutions as follows: 1.) turn off
the lights, 2.) move the SimulScope transmitter so that it is
not located directly under a florescent light. Ask the listeners
not to stand directly under a florescent light or replace the
florescent lights. If florescent lights are the problem, please obtain
the part number of the bulb and the ballast. They are stamped
on the units themselves. Call this information into Cardionics.
