Spare Parts Replacement Procedures
Logic Board, Analog Board
Replacement Procedure
1. Remove the three screws ( A ) & ( D ) which secure the Logic
and Analog boards to the chassis.
2. Remove the boards and slide out the flow sensor
receptacle retainer.
3. Unplug the flow sensor receptacle assembly from the Logic
Board (J5) and disconnect the interconnect cable (J6).
4. Remove the two screws which secure the boards together,
only unscrewing the third screw and hex standoff (
B
) from
the Analog Board if required.
5. Separate the boards by unplugging the connector in
between the boards (J9) to (J9).
6. Reassemble in reverse order.
Power Regulator Board
Replacement Procedure
1. Remove the three screws ( I ) and ( A ).
2. Disconnect harness connections as required:

Transformer harness (J1)

Speaker harness (J2)

Interconnect cable (J4)

Battery harness cable
3. Reassemble in reverse order.
