SETTING UP
THE DISC SANDER
The disc table comes pre-assembled and
needs to be removed before the hook and
loop backing pad and sanding paper can be
installed.
1.
Remove the disc guard.

Remove the disc workpiece table.
3.
Remove the lower disc cover.
4.
Clean the sanding disc and let it dry
completely.
5.
Remove the backing paper from the
hook and loop backing and stick to
sanding disc.
6.
Apply the supplied paper to the disc.

Reverse steps 3 to 1.
