MAINTENANCE - TROUBLESHOOTING

Belt does not run 

in the centre.

Belt not correctly adjusted.

Adjust belt tracking.

Belt makes 

contact with the 

chassis near the 

belt.

Graphite backing is worn out.

Replace the graphite backing.

Poor sanding 

result

1. Wrong belt.
2. Belt worn out.

1. Install the correct belt.
2. Replace worn belt.

TO PREVENT INJURY TO YOURSELF or damage to the machine, turn the switch to the “OFF” 
position and unplug the power cord from the electrical receptacle before making any adjustments.
