6. To use the rear view camera function you have
to open the interface.
As seen on the right side you have to close the
connection with the middle jumper.
Connect the video signal of the aftermarket rear view
camera to the "R-CAM IN" plug.
The green cable of the harness can be used to supply
power (+12V) to the rear view camera.
7. Reconnect all original connectors and reassemble the system back into the car.
To enable the automatic activation of the rear view camera image eg. from radio
mode, the MFD3 / RNS510 System has to coded to use the rear view camera.
The coding can be done with the OEM VW diagnosis.
