OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Vacuum cleaning alone
- Switch on the machine at the main switch (4).
- Press the vacuum function button (f) on the hose handle (d) to activate or deactivate the vacuuming
function. Fig. 14.
- Adjust the vacuuming power via the vacuum power button (f) on the hose handle (d). Keep the
button pressed to increase or decrease the vacuum power.
Steam cleaning alone
- Switch on the machine at the main switch (4) and press the boiler heating button (5).
As soon as the green control lamp (‘ready for operation’) (9) illuminates, you can work
with steam.
- Adjust the steam volume via the handwheel (7) on the appliance; rotate clockwise
for more steam, anticlockwise for reduced steam.
- Push the steam on/off button (e) on the handle of the work hose (d), to activate or
deactivate the steam function. Fig 14.
Simultaneous vacuuming and steam functions
Proceed as described above and activate both functions simultaneously.
- Switch on the machine at the main switch (4)
- Press the vacuum function button (f) on the hose handle (d) to
activate or deactivate the blowing function.
- Adjust the blowing power via the blower power button (f) on
the hose handle (d). Keep the button pressed to increase or
decrease the blowing power.
- For the blowing function, the use of the hose (d) with nozzle
(g) is recommended.
Rotating depression brush (r)
This brush combines the cleaning action of steam with the powerful effect of vacuum generated by
the motor and enables the operator to remove hairs, dust, and debris from all textile surfaces (loose
and fitted carpets, sofas, car seats, etc.).
How to use:
- Install the brush to the female end of the extension hose (a) or directly to the handle
of the work hose (d)- Proceed as you would do with the combined vacuum and steam
function.
BRUSH WITH FELT FRAME
This accessory is suitable for cleaning surfaces such
as carpets, fitted carpets, runners, car mats, floors and
walls. It is equipped with a swivel joint which allows
the tool to rotate by 360
° ; because of this, cleaning
of hard-to-reach areas can be achieved effectively.
