CONNECTING AND USING THE ACCESSORIES
The accessories can be connected direclty to the handle of
the work hose (d)or to the extension tubes (a) when so
required. To connect the different accessories to the hose or
tubes, simply introduce and push the male end of one into the
female end of the other until the click of the button . Fig. 5

STARTING THE APPLIANCE STEAM/VACUUM FUNCTION
- Press the boiler switch (4) und the accessories switch (5) to turn the appliance and the boiler on.
- Wait for the boiler to reach the appropriate operating pressure. When the green light (8) illuminates,
the appliance is ready for use.
- Select the desired steam level with the appropriate control hand wheel (7).
NOTE:
Vacuum and steam power can be changed during machine operation. Under normal
operating conditions, an illuminated green warning light will indicate that pressure in the boiler is
within normal values; however, continual steam delivery causes pressure to decrease slightly; in this
case, the warning light will switch off automatically until the operating pressure value is reached
again. Even in this condition, you may safely continue with your cleaning job, since resistances in
the appliance have been proportioned to provide immediate reinstatement of the operating pressure.
How to operate the appliance:
Before using the appliance, fit the desired tool to the hose handle (d). Once the tool is installed,
use the controls on the handle to operate the appliance as fit.
Using the controls on the handle, you can:
- deliver steam, by pressing the red button (e);
- vacuum, by pressing the white button (f);
- deliver detergent or water, by pressing the water/detergent delivery switch (i);
- deliver steam and vacuum at the same time, by pressing red button (e) and blue switch (f).
- deliver steam and detergent at the same time, by pressing red button (e) and switch (i);
- deliver water/detergent and vacuum at the same time, by pressing switch (i) and blue switch (f).
- To stop the function in use, simply turn off the relevant switch.
NOTE: If water or detergent in the tanks (9) and (15) run out, you will be alerted by a buzzer.
NOTE: When the cleaning job is completed, it is advised to leave the vacuum function enabled
for a few seconds. This will allow the recovery of any residual water and steam that are left in the
ducts.
Failure to secure the accessories using the clasp provided can pose hazard : the accessories can
suddenly come off while the machine is on operation.
All accessories can provide the following functions:
- steam function - vacuuming of dirt - simultaneous vacuuming and steam functions
To remove the accessories please act as follows:
- Stop the steam function by pressing the button (e) on the hose handle .
- Stop the vacuum function by pressing the button (f) on the hose handle.
- Press the button to remove the accessories. Fig. 5
- Now the accessories can be removed
